Missed the craziness of last week? The Haves and the Have Nots 2015 Recap: S3 E6 – A Tragic Day. MAKE SURE TO READ FIRST! There are vital details from episode 6 that carry over to this week! Read It!!

This week on The Haves and the Have Nots, we are still at the Cryer household, with everyone waiting for the DA to arrive. Jim Cryer, who arrived late to the party, is still trying to process Amanda’s death and Wyatt Cryer is still an angry, drunk mess, now directing his frustrations towards his father. Once again, a fight tries to start and Wyatt is carried back into the kitchen by Jeffrey Harrington and David Harrington calms Jim down.

Meanwhile Veronica Harrington talks to the poor cop and asks him how qualified he is to determine that it’s a homicide, she shuts him down when she flashes all of the degrees both she and everyone in the room has. I’m gonna need her to calm down!

Finally the DA arrives. To everyone’s surprise and disappointment, it’s Jennifer Sallison, another one of Jim’s mistresses and the person who is also working on the hit-and-run case that Wyatt is still a suspect in. Although Katheryn Cryer calls her out for being there, Jennifer tries to reassure her that she is sorry for their loss and is simply trying to do her job. However, she does take her chance and brings up Wyatt’s case, reminding everyone that they still haven’t found the car. Remember, Veronica still has it and is using it against Jeffrey.

Back at the hotel, War pays Candice Young a visit to get his money. She gives him his money, plus an extra fifty thousand dollars! War tries to tell her that she needs to leave town because of Quincy, but she makes sure he understands that she isn’t going anywhere, right after scolding him for not dressing properly (he was still in his street clothes coming to this super fancy hotel). Then she tries to persuade War to consider buying the towing stuff that Benny Young told Candice about for Benny.

Benny was called for a tow. When he arrived, the woman, Erica, is acting funny because she found out that her boyfriend, who gave her the car as a gift, is married. She sells the car, which looked pretty expensive, to Benny for five hundred dollars. Afterwards he calls Erica up again to make sure that she really wants to get rid of the car. When she confirms, he takes the car back home to surprise Hanna Young with.

Back at the Cryer house, The Haves and the Have Nots character Celine Gonzales returns back into the house and tries to comfort Jim. Jim pushes her away and tells her to leave, but she refuses. Veronica and Celine start arguing in Spanish when Katheryn chimes in, telling everyone that Celine can’t be fired because she knows too much about the family, and she has….not one, but TWO sons by Jim! Then she goes even further and says that Celine just needs to quit trying because Jim’s moved on to something fresh, Candice – Hanna’s daughter! Now, nobody else knew about the affair with Celine, the children, or that Candice is Hanna’s daughter, so this was a shock to everyone.

After that Katheryn recalls April 7, 1979 – the day she met Jim. She tells Veronica that she regrets the day she met Jim because he never really did love her; he only used her for her father’s money. Then she says she hates him, wants him to suffer, and blames him for Amanda’s death because he wouldn’t have her admitted, even though she kept telling him to. Then, while smoking on her cigarrette, Katheryn tells Celine one last time to leave. Celine refused once more, and Katheryn went HAM! She slapped Celine, grabbed her by the hair, and dragged her! I’m sure she would have done more if she wouldn’t have been held back.

Then we go back to Wyatt and Jeffrey. Wyatt, who is still drunk, tells Jeffrey that, since Veronica still has the car and Jim is a dirty old man, that they should kiss to make everyone mad. Jeffrey rejects Wyatt but what they didn’t know was that Jim was right outside the kitchen and heard Wyatt say that Veronica has the car and that he plans to confess to the hit-and-run. Jim didn’t know this information until now!

Then we get back to the hotel. Candice is sitting at the bar when she spots Landon, who informs her that the Harringtons fired him. He also breaks the news to her that Amanda killed herself. Suddenly Candice leaves, leaving Landon there by himself.

Meanwhile at the Young house, Hanna tells Benny that she wants to see Candice. After Amanda’s death, Hanna has realized that life is too short to hold these grudges and she wants to try to work things out with her daughter.

Back at the Cryer house, the DA returns to let everyone know that it is no longer a homicide, it is officially a suicide. Huh?!

Okay, so here’s the deal – I don’t know if I believe the DA; something is fishy there. Katheryn was a gangster though!

Next week we will (hopefully) get to see Hanna and Candice hash it out, which Quincy and Jeffrey come to blows in Jeffrey’s apartment! See you next week!
